We meet through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video system. You just need privacy, internet, and a camera.
Can I use my insurance for virtual therapy?
I do not accept insurance currently.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
Please give me 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Shorter notice may lead to a cancellation fee.
Is virtual therapy as effective as in-person therapy?
Yes. Online therapy is equally effective and often more flexible.
